Sign up to play

  1. 1. Apply online - fill out this form with a clear headshot of the player.
  2. 2. Pay in person - bring cash and the player's birth certificate to the registration table.
  3. 3. Get the credential - we print the player's photo card, shown to the referee on game day.

The league may adjust team placement at registration.
